Anyone else notice how comfortable you are when you wake up to your alarm clock in the morning? No matter how uncomfortable you were when you tried to fall asleep (and in my case, it was VERY), when that alarm goes off, it's as if you've never slept on a softer pillow. The blankets have never quite been so perfectly situated. The mattress has somehow gone from Princess-and-the-Pea bumpy to the most luxurious cloud. And then it's time to disrupt that whole beautiful situation and get up in the pitch black and cold to go to work. Sigh.
