The Life and Times

So I've been debating about whether or not I should post more often and risk people thinking I post too much and they can't keep up and therefore stop reading my blog, or if I should post less often but have longer posts, which could make people stop reading halfway through and move on. Thoughts? What do you prefer?

On a side note that has nothing to do with work but makes me so happy I feel like sharing it, I played volleyball for the first time last night in almost four years. I have never been so happy to have sore muscles in all my life. :-D ( <----- That's supposed to be the biggest smiley face ever.) Another note - has anyone seen the movie Idiocracy? It came out in 2006, stars Luke Wilson and that one girl from Saturday Night Live that I can't remember her name....anyway, I've seen it twice now and I think it's absolutely hilarious. A somewhat exaggerated view of what could happen if the world became totally uneducated and moronic, but (and I'm not sure if it's supposed to do this) it makes you think.

Now, this note relates more closely to work, but not quite. I am now trying to read The Golden Compass, Twilight, and complete NaNoWriMo, all at the same time. Dumb, I know. But both books, I believe, have holds on them (or will soon) so I have to finish them, and NaNo has to be done in 16 days (what?! 16?! crap!). So that's my life at the moment.

I was going to post about my Learning 2.0-ness in this post as well, but I feel that that would just be too long, so I'll post about those soon. (Nothing like a good cliffhanger, huh?)

  3. Yes, Idiocracy is great - and almost too prescient at times. Scary indeed.
